A Solid Foundation for Safe Structures
Since 1969, our company has stood for independent testing of building materials,
technical expertise, and reliable quality assurance. What began with the testing
of asphalt, bitumen, soils, and aggregates has evolved over decades into a versatile and recognized service provider.
Our mission is to support building owners, design firms, public contracting authorities, and
construction companies with thorough testing, practical advice, and reliable
solutions. In doing so, we combine many years of experience with modern
testing technology and the requirements of current national and European regulations.
Expertise Based on Experience
Our current range of services includes building materials testing, quality assurance, third-party monitoring, expert reports, and practice-oriented research and development.
A particular focus of our work is the investigation and
evaluation of building materials, their reuse, and industrial byproducts. In doing so, we consider both their technical properties and relevant environmental issues.
In addition, our range of services includes quality assurance and monitoring of mineral substitute building materials, landfill monitoring, and the certification and
monitoring of specialized waste management facilities.
Two Locations – One Shared Commitment
At our testing facilities in Wahlstedt and Schwerin, experienced engineers, qualified technicians, and
laboratory technicians are available to handle a wide variety of tasks related to building materials testing and quality assurance.
What sets us apart is our combination of experience, technical expertise, and practical focus. We do not see ourselves solely as a testing laboratory,
but rather as a technical partner who supports our clients in challenging tasks related to building materials, quality assurance, and construction services.
Research, Standards, and Practice
Expertise is constantly evolving. That is why we are also involved in activities that go beyond our immediate testing work. Through our participation in expert committees of the Research Association for Road and
Transportation Engineering (FGSV), we contribute our experience from testing, research, and construction practice to the further development of the technical standards for road and transportation engineering.
The exchange between research, regulations, and practical application is an important part of our daily work. After all, quality arises where scientific findings, technical requirements, and practical experience come together.
Passing on Knowledge – Shaping the Future
Quality requires not only modern technology, but above all, well-trained people. That is why we have been committed to training for many years and train one young person each year at each of our laboratories to become a building materials tester. In this way, we actively contribute to ensuring a supply of qualified specialists and pass on the knowledge we have accumulated over decades to the next generation.
